Present Mr.Ajmal Hussain, leraned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Th.Sukumar, leraned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr.Y.Ashang, learned PP for the State.
Mr.Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present bail application petitioner has been released on default bail by the Trial Court and present application has become infructuous and may be disposed of.
Mr.Sukumar, learned Government Advocate has no objection.
Recording the submissions made at the Bar and in view of the subsequent event of release of the petitioner on default bail by the Trial Court, the present application is disposed of as infructuous.
