We dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, to consider I.A.No.3924 of 2025 in S.A.No.607 of 2025 filed by the applicant positively on the next date of hearing and pass 2 HCJ & RCJ W.P.No.28619 of 2025 appropriate orders. Till then, status quo be maintained with regard to the possession of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
