Secondary pursuant to the policy framed by the Government of J&K for regularization of services of the contractual employees. 2. The present matter pertains to the service dispute between the petitioner and the State of Jammu and Kashmir and, therefore, amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu Bench. 3. Accordingly, this petition is transferred to CAT, Jammu. Upon receipt, the Tribunal shall fix a date after putting learned counsel for the parties to notice. 4. Interim directions, if any, shall continue till the matter is considered by the CAT, Jammu.
