GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ order or direction more particularly writ of mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life, liberty, and property of the Petitioners from the threats posed by Respondent No.4, and to take immediate action on the Petitioners complaint dated 19.09.2025 by registering an FIR against Respondent No.4 under appropriate sections of the 2 Indian Penal Code is illegal, arbitrary unconstitutional, and violative of articles 14, 21 and 300-A and consequently pleased to direct respondent No. 2 to 5 consider the petitioners representation dated 19-09-2025.” 2. Heard Sri K.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not registered any crime since the matter is civil in nature. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
