Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the payment has been made to the petitioner but interest on payment has not been calculated till Patna High Court MJC No.1878 of 2023(7) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 date. 3. Considering the aforesaid information I find that the petitioner, if so advised, may file representation before the respondent no.5 (Chief Engineer, Advance Planning (investigation) and Project Preparation, Water Resources Department, Anishabad, Govt. of Bihar, Patna) for interest accrued on account of delayed payment. 4.
