The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there are certain civil disputes pending before the Civil Court with respect to the subject property, the Court has granted an ex parte decree, and based on the ex parte decree, the respondents are now proceeding to execute the sale deed. -5- W.P. No.22798 of 2023 Date of order:20.12.2025 4. On a perusal of the documents, the remedy for the petitioner is to approach the competent appellate court against the decree passed by the Court. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed at the admission stage. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed at the stage of admission. No costs. 6.
