The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 467/468/471/420/34 and Sections 30(a)/32/36/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. Total 2681.640 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the seized vehicle, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. 4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle in question, from which, aforesaid recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
