This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). The petitioner Kishori Bhoi has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the opposite parties to consider the representations under Annexure-5 series and to provide the benefits as per the Orissa Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2006 within a stipulated period. On perusal of the representations under Annexure-5 series, it appears that number of persons have signed on the said representations and there is no specific details as regards which lands of the persons have been acquired against which compensation has not been paid. Even in the writ petition also, there is no such specific averment regarding the land particulars of the petitioner and therefore, we are not inclined to pass any order in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the competent authority giving detailed particulars of the land in accordance with law for consideration.
