Perused the material on record. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that basing on the report given by respondent No.6 the subject crime was registered against the Petitioners, who are wife and husband respectively. There are money disputes between the parties. Respondent police during enquiry issued notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. but petitioners refused to take the notice. Suppressing all the material facts, filed the present writ petition and would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of by passing necessary orders. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs.
