Acharya appearing for the petitioners state that the petitioner has already made a representation to the Chief Officer, Dhari Municipality, District : Amreli on 18.04.2025 and the respondent - Dhari Municipality, District : Amreli may be directed to consider the same and if the respondent Municipality finds the merit in the case of the petitioners, they may be directed to sent the proposal to the State Government within some stipulated time. C/SCA/15841/2023 ORDER DATED: 24/04/2025 2. In fact it is brought to the notice of the Court that a proposal was already sent to the State Government by the Panchayat. However, thereafter now the Panchayat is converted into Municipality and therefore a fresh proposal would be required on the basis of representation dated 18.4.2025. 3. Be that as it may, as the petitioner has already made a representation on 18.04.2025 to the Chief Officer, Dhari Municipality, District : Amreli, the respondent Municipality is directed to consider the same and if it finds merit in the said representation, the proposal may be sent to the State Government by 31.05.2025. The State is directed to take a decision upon the same within a period of three months thereafter. 4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, petition is disposed of as prayed for by learned advocate Ms. R. V. Acharya. Notice is discharged. No order as to costs. (NIRZAR S.
