DATE : 05.02.2025 P.C.:- 1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State. 2] The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0104/2024 dated 03.11.2024, registered with Barad Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under sections 103(1), 115(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3] The allegations made against the applicant is that the applicant has assaulted the victim with kick blows and fist blows, while the other co-accused assaulted the victim by Katti on his head resulting into death of the victim. The role of the applicant cannot be separated from the co-accused. The offence is a serious one. Thus, I hold that this is not a fit case to grant relief of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
