This Court, vide order dated 20.05.2025, passed in MCRC No. 2689/2025, while allowing the bail to the petitioners, namely, Rinku Rana, Ashish Sharma and Pabini Digal, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Saraipali, District – RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 Mahasamund (C.G.) through Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mahasamund, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 17.11.2025 has requested for grant of 04 month’s time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the trial is at the prosecution evidence, and a total of 12 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined before the trial Court, and warrants have already been issued against them. Hence, trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 04 month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of 04 months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 7.
