The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.267 dated 07.10.2024 registered under Sections 115, 3(5), 351(3), 64(2)(m), 69, 70(1) & 75(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Civil Lines, Rohtak (Annexure P-1); final report dated 07.10.2024 under Section 193 of BNSS, 2023 (Annexure P-4) on the basis of compromise effected between the parties and affidavit of respondent No.2 (Annexure P-5). 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that there is a concealment in the petition as in para 15 of the petition, it has been stated that the petitioners are not involved in any other criminal case/FIR and have not been declared Proclaimed Offender, whereas the petitioners are also involved in another case i.e. FIR No.463 dated VINOD KOTHIYAL 2025.08.07 17:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document CRM-M-26394-2025 -2- 05.10.2024 registered under Sections 174, 62 & 221 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal. 3.
