THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.31772 of 2025
ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, preferably one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondent No. 3 in taking steps to dispossess the Petitioner with respect to land in S.No. 268/2 admeasuring an extent of 5 cents of Kiligiri Village and Mandal including the shed as arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted, unsustainable, and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g), 21, and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not dispossess the Petitioner from the subject property without following due process of law….”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been in possession of the subject property since long time. Now, the respondents are interfering with the same without following due process of law. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the said submissions and on perusal of the record, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
