The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 2267227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to extend benefit of 2nd ACP in terms of Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) Rules, 2016 (for short ‘2016 Rules’). 2. The petitioners are claiming that they have been granted 1st ACP, however, till date 2nd ACP has not been granted which is available as per 2016 Rules. They have sent legal notice dated 10.03.2025 which was followed by notice dated 20.03.2025 but to no avail. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Ms. Rajni Gupta, Addl. AG, Haryana who on advance notice is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and waives service. 5.
