6,22,967/- as per agrements under the grant of ,Neeru Chettu, 1) in Agremeent No. 138/2018-19, dated 30.06.2018 for execution of work for desilting of Tarlampudi D.P,, about worth of (Rs.93,668/-) with interest, 2) in Agremeent No.192/2017-18, dated 29.06.2017 for execution of work , strengthining of erroded banks upto gravel path on lelf side bank of Peddapurapadu channel, about worth of (Rs.5,29,299/-) with interest, to the petitioner till today and causing heavy loss with interest even though total works were completed as per the agreements as i legal arbitrary and violative of article 14,16,21 of constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents to release and pay the total bills worth of Rs.6,22,967/- with interest as per the agreements under the grant of ,Neeru Chettu, to the petitioner forthwith and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release and pay the total bills worth of Rs.6,22,967/- with interest as per the agreements under the grant of ,Neeru Chettu, to the petitioner forthwith pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to extend the time limit for implementation of the interim orders dated 16-03-2022 in IA 1/2021 in WP. 25282/2022 for payment of amount for further period of four months from now onwards Counsel for the Petitioner:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“….to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the natu-e of Writ of Mandamus to declaring inaction on the part of the respondents herein not releasing the bills total amount df Rs. 6,22,967/- as per agrements under the grant of ,Neeru Chettu, 1) in Agremeent No. 138/2018-19, dated 30.06.2018 for execution of work for desilting of Tarlampudi D.P,, about worth of (Rs.93,668/-) with interest, 2) in Agremeent No.192/2017-18, dated 29.06.2017 for execution of work , strengthining of erroded banks upto gravel path on lelf side bank of Peddapurapadu channel, about worth of (Rs.5,29,299/-) with interest, to the petitioner till today and causing heavy loss with interest even though total works were completed as per the agreements as i legal arbitrary and violative of article 14,16,21 of constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents to release and pay the total bills worth of Rs.6,22,967/- with interest as per the agreements under the grant of ,Neeru Chettu, to the petitioner forthwith and to pass….”
2. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing Ms. Maria Rani Makkana, learned counsel representing Sri. Bokka Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the amounts payable to the petitioner were already paid pending the present writ petition and that no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
