ORAL ORDER
(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V.SRISHANANDA)
A memo came to be filed by Sri Vishwanath Badiger,
learned counsel for revision petitioner reporting the settlement.
2. Memo reads as under:
“That in the top noted Rev. Petition, the wife of Petr. Has paid online balance amount of Rs. 1,04,000/- (One lakh four thousand only) by cash on today to Respondent Advocate. Hence the same may be taken on record, in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. A sum of Rs.1,04,000/- is tendered on behalf of the revision petitioner to the counsel for respondent. Same is acknowledged by the counsel for respondent.
4. It is stated in the memo that in view of the payment of a sum of Rs.1,04,000/- today, entire compensation amount stands paid as per the order of the Trial Court.

5. Placing the memo on record, revision petition stands disposed of.
6. In view of payment of entire compensation amount, fine amount of Rs.1,000/- imposed by Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First Appellate Court towards defraying expenses of the State stands set aside.
7. In view of the payment of entire compensation amount by the revision petitioner, warrant issued against him stands recalled.
