JUSTICE K.S. HEMALEKHA ORAL ORDER The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to consider his representation dated 01.07.2021 vide Annexure-G. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite several representations submitted by the petitioner, respondent No.1 has not considered the same, in particular the representation dated 01.07.2021 at Annexure-G. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner’s representation will be considered in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed if appropriate directions - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45944 WP No. 21723 of 2025 are issued to respondent No.1. Accordingly, this Court pass the following : ORDER (i) Writ Petition is disposed of. (ii) Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation at Annexure-G dated 01.07.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
