Shailendra Agrawal and others) arising out of case crime No. 283 of 2017, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504, 506, I.P.C., Police Station- Hari Parvat, District Agra as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 1.11.2019, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly.
