This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of official respondents, or any other writ declaring the inaction of the respondents more particularly respondent No. 2 in not considering Petitioner complaints/representations dated 04.02.2022 and 08.02.2022 for providing protection to petitioners life and property from the hands of anti social elements and land grabbers who threatened to finish his life and his men and consequently to direct the Official Respondents to render police protection to the Petitioner for performing agricultural operations and maintaining possession in the aforesaid land.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police have not received any representations from the Petitioner. 3. Sri Eluru Sesha Mahesh Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
