This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiffs inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from manufacturing, trading, supplying, selling, marketing, in any manner including online sale or dealing in any other way, any goods and/or any other products including two wheeler spare parts along with packaging materials under the Plaintiff No. 1’s HERO trademarks including the device marks or any other mark/logo/labels which are identical and similar to Plaintiff No. 1’s HERO trademarks and/or device marks which may amount to infringement of Plaintiff No. 1’s registered trademarks. 2. During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation This is a digitally signed order. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 6. Suit along with pending applications stands disposed of. 7.
