The petitioners/appellants before the First Appellate Court is seeking modification of order dated 11.12.2024 directing petitioners to file private paper-book. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners are willing to file private paper-book, but the First Appellate Court is not ready to hear the stay application until private paper-book is filed on the ground that the appeal is defective for want of private paper-book. 5. I do not find any reason to modify the order dated 11.12.2024 which the petitioners are willing to comply with.
