This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent authorities in not considering the representation made by the Petitioner dtd 08.08.2025 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct i) the Respondent No. 2 to delete the land from the list of prohibited properties and ii) the Respondent No. 3 to survey the land admeasuring Ac. 4.57 cents situated at Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District and register the same on Petitioners names and pass….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the subject property was included in the prohibitory list on account of the pendency of a civil suit between the parties in O.S. No.560 of 2010 before the competent court. Subsequently, the said suit was decreed in favour of the petitioners. Pursuant thereto, the petitioners made an application dated 08.08.2025 seeking deletion of the subject property from the prohibitory list under Section 22-A. Even after receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioners, the respondent authorities not considered the representation nor issued any orders till date. Hence the writ petition. 4. Considering the same, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make an online application and submit a representation along with the entire record to the District Collector within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such filing, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months thereafter. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
