The respondent No.1/claimant is seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.7,93,854/- deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards compensation with the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in Reference Case No.1004/AMT/BLD/2022 along with interest. 3. Though the learned counsel for the appellant/acuqing body submitted that only 75 % of total amount be allowed to be withdrawan, but the enhancement granted by the learned Reference Court appears to be only 1.5 times. 4. As such, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation along with nd.thawre 33 2 the interest accrued thereon till date on filing application before the land Acquisition Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority Nagpur and usual undertaking to the satisfaction of that authority. 5.
