This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction on the part of respondents on my Online F-Line Applications Dt. 21-10-2025 vide Applications No. SBA012500732266, SBA012500732275, SBA012500732291, SBA012500732298, FSNV012500852560 submitted for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries for my land admeasuring Ac. 8.33 Cents covered by Survey No's/L.P.M No's. 64, 448, 454, 457, 41 situated in Muppavaram Village, Kondapi Revenue Mandal, of Prakasam District., as illegal, irregular, irrational. amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred on them under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 4 and 5 to conduct survey and fix boundaries for my aforesaid land…” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed an F-Line application dated 21.10.2025 seeking conduct of survey and fixation of boundaries in respect of the petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac.8.33 cents, covered by Survey Nos./L.P.M. Nos. 64, 448, 454, 457 and 41, situated at Muppavaram Village, Kondapi Revenue Mandal, Prakasam District. However, till date, the respondents have neither considered the said application nor conducted the survey. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 4. The learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondents will consider the petitioner’s F-Line application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s F-Line application dated 21.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
