HEMALEKHA ORAL ORDER The present petition is filed by the wife seeking to withdraw and transfer M.C.No.42/2024, instituted by the respondent-husband seeking dissolution of marriage, pending on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Nagamangala to Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has filed I.A.No.1/2025 for vacating stay and I.A.No.2/205 for permission. It is submitted that the respondent intends to withdraw the divorce petition instituted by him in M.C.No.42/2024, which is pending before the Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Nagamangala. However, due to the interim order granted by this Court, he is unable to make necessary application/memo before the concerned Court. 3. In view of the respondent’s intention to withdraw the petition, the present civil petition seeking transfer would not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 5.
