Sri P.V.Venkata Ravi Sankar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner appeared through video conference would submit that in the light of submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on the earlier adjournment that the case was referred as ‘false’ and the same was informed to the petitioner on 25.06.2019 and final report will be filed before the concerned Magistrate and the writ petition may be closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file necessary objections on the final report before the concerned Magistrate. 3. In the light of above circumstances, the writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary redressal in accordance with law.
