This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint No. 26595 of 2023, under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Kasna, District Gautam Budh Nagar, pending in the Court of Additional Court No.1, Gautam Budh Nagar, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case was filed in 2023 and the summoning order was passed against the opposite party no.2 and the opposite party no.2 has now appeared in the matter but he is adopting delaying tactics in disposal of the case. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the record. 5. It reveals from the perusal of the order sheets that the aforesaid case is pending since 2023. The accused opposite party no.2 has appeared in the matter. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to make all endeavours for expeditious disposal of the case, keeping in view the work load of the said Court, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
