VL-144 & VL- 145 has been cancelled and an amount of Rs.5,39,064.00 has been refunded to the petitioner vide Cheque No.143396 dated 05.02.2025 drawn on State Bank of India. The petitioner made a representation to the Authorities on 26.04.2025 for allotment of alternative plot which according to him, is lying vacant as a result of cancellation of allotment in favour of the previous allottee. Submission is that the said representation be directed to be decided by the respondent-Authority. 2. Shri S.K. Misra, learned counsel for the respondent, Development Authority, does not oppose the prayer. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.04.2025 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
