Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not concluding the investigation in Cr.No.520 of 2023 of Penamaluru UPS, Krishna District, even after lapse of two years. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, would submit that the investigation in this matter is still pending. 5. Considering the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the police to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, if not already filed by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
