It appears from the proceeding sheet that on earlier occasion also i.e., on 22.09.2025, he sought time to get instructions from the petitioner as to whether anything survives in the matter or not and if so, the petitioner is interested in pursuing the writ petition. 2. Heard the arguments of Sri Aravala Rama Rao, learned standing counsel for APSRTC. 3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
