Heard Sri Pasumarthi Kranthi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 03. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, without there being no crime registered against the petitioner, the police are calling the petitioner every day to the police station and forcing him to settle the financial disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 04. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that one U. Venkata Subbareddy had sent a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Palnadu, on 04.08.2025, which was endorsed to the 4 Station House Officer, Inavolu Police Station. Upon conducting a preliminary enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent is purely financial in nature, and the police have not interfered with such civil issues. 05. Considering the submissions, this petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law in the event of registration of any crime against the petitioner. Further, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station or interfere in the financial disputes in the absence of any crime registered against the petitioner.
