Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR No.281/2025 under Section 79/351(2)73(5) BNS, 2023 P.S. Vasant Kunj South, New Delhi (‘FIR in question’) has been registered as a counter blast of the earlier FIR dated 06.06.2025, which was lodged by the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners shall have an adequate opportunity to raise all their contentions before the Trial Court at the stage of framing of charges. 4. Although there is no absolute bar to entertaining the present petition, having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed and the matter is listed before the Trial Court for consideration on the question of framing of charges on 14.10.2026, this Court deems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioners to raise all their contentions before the concerned Court at the stage of framing of charges. 5. In view of the foregoing discussion, no case for interference is made out. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 6. All rights and contentions are left open.
