The instant Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short „Cr.P.C.) for the following relief:
“ ... to quash the proceedings crime No.34 of 2021 dated 27-01- 2021 on the file of vuyyuru Town Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District against the petitioners/Accused(A1 and A2) and pass ....”
2. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent State on written instructions dated 21.10.2024 would submit that after completion of investigation of the matter, the investigating officer referred the matter “False” and this criminal petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders.
