This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in respect of land in Survey No.612/1, extent Ac.0-60 cents of Utukuru Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamayya District, covered by DKT Patta No.491/93 dated 04-05-1984, and issue e-Pattadar Passbook, Adangal and 1-B copies in his favour and pass…” 2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the mother of the petitioner was granted DKT patta bearing No.491/93, dt.04.05.1984 in respect of the land an extent Ac.0.60 cents in Sy.No.612/1 of Utukuru Village, Rajampet Mandal, Annamayya District. After her demise, the petitioner approached the authorities for filing online application in Form-6A as per the provisions of the ROR Act, but they have declined to receive the same on the ground that the property is wrongly shown in web land records as Government, and directed the petitioner to approach directly and make an application. Accordingly, the petitioner filed an application/ representation on 08.09.2025 to the concerned -4- W.P.No.33866 OF 2025 Date of order:05.12.2025 authorities i.e., 4th respondent herein. Despite receipt of the same, the respondents have not considered or passed orders. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that as per the provisions of the ROR Act, the authorities will consider the representation/ Form-6A application submitted by the petitioner and they will pass appropriate orders after giving notice to the concerned persons. 5. Considering the above submissions made by both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents, particularly 4th respondent, to consider the representation/ Form-6A application made by the petitioner dt.08.09.2025 as per the provisions of the ROR Act and also by pursuing the DKT patta No.491/93, dt.04.05.1984 submitted by the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
