GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 27231 of 2025 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that the land of katha number 457 to an extent of Ac. 0.1250 cents in Survey No.521, Ac.0.1250cents in Sy.No.520/6, Ac.0.6500cents in Sy.No.482, Ac.0.4000 cents in Sy.No.321 i.e., total extent of Ac.4.75 cents and also an extent of Ac.0.6500 cents in Sy.No.484 situated at Kandukur Town and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, is her ancestral property, which is acquired from her father and she has submitted an F-Line application No.FSNV012500803982, dated 02.08.2025 for conducting a survey and fixing boundaries over the subject land. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner’s application has constrained her to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider 4 the F-Line application No.FSNV012500803982, dated 02.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
