(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner would be content and satisfied that in case he is permitted to file representation to the respondents for redressal of her grievances and necessary directions are issued to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents, Mr. B.C. Verma, learned Additional Advocate General, states that representation, if any, filed by the petitioner to consider her case in light of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 2274 of 2021 (titled - 2 - Satya Devi v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors.) alongwith connected matters, shall be decided expeditiously. 3. Consequently, in view of the statement made by the learned Additional Advocate General, this Court without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representation within two weeks to the respondents for redressal of her grievance in light of judgment passed in Satya Devi (supra), which in turn shall be decided by the respondents preferably within six weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned while doing the needful, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass a speaking order thereupon. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, if she still remains aggrieved.
