This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to allot the 30-feet road covered by Survey Nos.44, 45, 26, and 27, situated in Nadigattu Village, Bhimunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, as house sites to poor persons under the Navaratnalu – Pedalandariki Illu scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the counter of the 6th respondent, submits that the land covered under Sy. Nos.44, 45, 26, and 27 of Nadigattu Village, Bhimunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, was proposed for house sites under the welfare scheme without causing any disturbance to the existing 30-feet road passing through the said Government land. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
