ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue order, direction, writ more particularly one in the writ of MANDAMUS declare the proceeding L.Dis.No. 280/2021/(C) dt.28-04-2021 on the file of 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of C.R.PC and pass.….”
2. Heard Sri P.R.K. Amarendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous by this time. Learned counsel would also submit that the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition as and when the cause of action arises.
4. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition as and when the cause of action arises. There shall be no order as to costs.
