JAGARLAMUDIKOTESWARIDEVI(SC FORAPSPDCL) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “to direct the respondents to fix the seniority of the petitioner on par with petitioners in W.P.No.17715/99 who are juniors to him in service in fulfillment of the Fundamental Rights Guaranteed under Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.” 2. None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Sri Kota Venkata Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL appearing for respondents would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 29.01.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018 directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 2 21.08.2017, respondent authorities passed a speaking order and the same was communicated to the Petitioner and assailing the said speaking order, Petitioner herein preferred WP No.31795 of 2018. Hence, the cause of action in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 4. In that view, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
