On perusal of Para Nos.4 & 5 of the Counter Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.5, it discloses that the claim of the Writ Petitioner has been admitted but the Bills have not been uploaded due to unavailability of Budget. In Para No.4 of the Counter Affidavit of Respondent No.5, it is stated that net amount due to the Writ Petitioner is arrived at Rs.30,04,322/-. 3. Having considered these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition with a direction to the Respondents including the Respondent No.2 to complete the entire administrative process, Inter- departmental and Intra-departmental by way of mutual cooperation and coordinaton, within a period of sixteen weeks from today and transfer the amount to the account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the bank account details to the concerned authority within four weeks from today for effecting such transfer. 4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 5.
