This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No 3 on the Police Report dated 20.11.2023 in not registering FIR basing against the Respondents No 4 the entire property in under section 420 AND 506 of IPC for getting registered to an extent of Ac 02.32

cents on her name and not paid 5.92,000.00 for an extent of Ac 0.32 an amount of Rs cents as per agreement dated 09.12.2023 and survey and measurement. consequent to original registered sale deed vide document No 3564 of 2020 dated thereby committed the offence of cheating the arbitrary violation of section 154 of Criminal 21.11.2020, petitioner is illegal, procedure code besides Article 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the 3 rd Respondent to Register the FIR under section 420 AND 506 of IPC against the Respondents No 4 pursuant to Police Report dated 20.11.2023.”
2. Sri Tata Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are not taking any action on the complaint given by the Petitioner. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, since the contents of the complaint given by the Petitioner disclose financial dispute between the parties, the Police have not registered any case. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
