1. On an objection raised by learned counsel for respondents that petitioner is having alternate remedy under Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short “Code of 1959”), after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail other alternative remedy available to him under the Code of 1959.
2. In view of submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
