ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents, more specifically the 4th respondent, in interfering with the petitioners peaceful life and

possession by way of calling, harassing, and summoning the petitioner and his family members in respect of Sy. No. R.S. No. 136/1, to an extent of Ac. 0.02 cents, situated at Ramavarapu Modi Village, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justice, and contrary to Articles 14,19, and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the 4th respondent not to interfere with, summon, or harass the petitioner or his family members in relation to their peaceful life and possession of the property in respect of Sy. No. R.S. No. 136/1, to an extent of Ac. 0.02 cents, situated at Ramavarapu Modi Village, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District.”
2. Heard Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that respondents 5 and 6 are own parents of the petitioner. Basing on the complaint of respondent No.5, the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and no crime is registered against the petitioner as on this day.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
