G RAMA GOPAL 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 2432 of 2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly in the Nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents, their officials harassing the petitioners officially as well as personally by interfering into the sq.mts in Ward No.23 block No.16, T.S.No.1005 in part 1408 of Bheemunipatnam Visakhapatnam, is nothing but interfering into the petitioners Property as well as Civil disputes are all Illegal, Unlawful, Violation of article 14,19,21,300-A of the Constitution of India, Violation of Police Rules Consequently to direct the Respondents, officials not to interfere into the petitioners property as well as Civil Disputes and rights in the interest of the justice.…” 2. Heard Sri R.Siva Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that a case in Cr.No.29 of 2024 under Sections 447, 427 r/w 34 of IPC was registered against the petitioner and others. He would further submit that the police never interfered in the civil disputes. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner.
