Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has filed appeal against order dated 21.07.2023 before the Sub Divisional Officer (R) which has been rejected vide order dated 30.04.2025. Since, he has alternate efficacious remedy of filing revision before the Commissioner under the Land Revenue Code, 1959, he would pray for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to take recourse of the remedy available to him. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer revision before the Revisional Authority. It is further directed that if the petitioner files Revision within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the Revisional Authority shall decide the revision on its own merits without insisting for plea of limitation. 3.
