GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “....to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No. 3 to 5 in calling the petitioner to Police Station frequently without there being any crime registered against the petitioner and interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.6 in Sy.No.27-3 for an extent of Ac.0-69 Cents at Lakshmakka Kandriga and Chembadipalem Revenue Village, Kota Mandal, Tirupathi District, at the instance of the respondent No.6 is illegal, arbitrary, and without having jurisdiction and violation of Art 14,21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and to consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 to 5 not to interfere with the Civil disputes between the petitioner arid the Respondent No. 6 and also not to call the petitioner to Police Station without their being any crime against the petitioner.” 2. Heard Sri V.Sai Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police have registered a case against the petitioner herein and others in Crime No.120 of 2025 of Kota Police Station, Tirupathi District, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 115(2) and 79 read with 3(5) BNS. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that the police called the petitioner to the police station relating to said crime for the purpose of enquiry. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
