Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent authorities to recorded and entry the name of the petitioners in the revenue record Khatauni as well as R6 (Namantran Bahi) in light of Akhya report dated 10.9.2015 by the Halka Lekhpal, Akhya report dated 14.9.2015, Akhya report dated 16.9.2015 forwarded respondent No. 4 and Akhya report dated 17.9.2015 approved by the respondent No. 3 on 20.9.2015 the petitioner Nos. 1 to 17 obtained a lease deed approved and obtained on 20.9.2015 situated at Mauza Pagar, Tappa Papaur, Pargana C. Jo., Tehsil Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar at Arazi No. 352 area 0.140 hectare respectively and petitioner No. 9 namely Awadhesh obtained lease deed at Arazi No. 392 area 0.160 hectare and petitioner No. 10 namely Arvind son of Suryabhan obtained lease deed at Arazi No. 2474M are 0.036 hectare and 392M area 0.148 hectare total two area 0.184 hectare and petitioner No. 13 obtained lease deed at Arazi No. 352 area 0.130 hectare and the petitioner No. 17 namely Sonu son of Rangi, Seema wife of Sonu lease deed obtained at Arazi No. 352 area 0.130 hectare whose mentioning at Zamidari Vinas Akar Patra-57Kha but till date the petitioners' name were not recorded and entry in the revenue record Khatauni, lease deed approved by the respondent No. 3 on 20.9.2015 for agriculture lease deed, in so far the petitioners aggrieved and filed representation before respondent Nos. 3 and 4 on 08.04.2025 and 25.04.2024 thereafter the petitioners filed application before Additional Commissioner Administration Gorakhpur Mandal Gorakhpur on 31.12.2024 regarding the entry the name of the petitioners of the revenue record Khatauni but till date no any action paid by the concern authorities within stipulated period of time in that regard." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that in pursuance of the lease granted to the petitioners in the year 2015, the name of the petitioners have not been recorded in the revenue records. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioners have remedy of filing application for mutating their names in accordance with the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
