learned counsel for the petitioners learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical & Health appearing for respondent No.1, Sri V.V. Anil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 & 3 and Sri S. Vivek Chandra Sekhar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.4.
2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue V, raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.18620 of 2025 & batch dated 29.08.2025.
3. However, Sri V.V. Anil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel submits that that the situation contemplated in the last part of the said order would not arise in the present case.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the directions issued in W.P.No.18620 of 2025 & batch, dated 29.08.2025. However, it is clarified that the directions contained in paragraph 21 of the said order shall not be applicable to the present case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioners shall make an application within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, enclosing the relevant documents.
5.
Upon filing of the same, the 1 respondent shall consider and pass notice dated 19.06.2024 issued by passed as expeditiously as possible, not later appropriate orders in terms of the public the NMC. Such orders shall be than four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the application
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition i IS disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
