JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER Petitioner has challenged the sale notice at Annexure-A dated 21.06.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent - Bank has filed a memo and submits that the sale notice has been withdrawn. 3. Memo filed by the learned counsel for respondent reads as hereunder: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26224 WP No. 20902 of 2025 "The advocate for the Respondent Bank humbly submits that, the petitioner is challenging the sale notice dated 21.06.2025 issued by Respondent Bank. After issuance of the sale notice, the Respondent bank withdrawn the same accordingly said sale became infructuous. Hence, the advocate for the Respondent Bank prays that the Hon'ble court may be pleased to take on record same in the interest of justice and equity." 4. In light of the same, petition does not call for any further adjudication insofar as the sale notice. Needless to state the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-H may be considered by the Bank appropriately. All contentions are kept open. 5. Accordingly, petition is disposed off.
